Rampura Phul boy gets AIR 16

Lohitashva Goyal (18) from Rampura Phul bagged the All-India Rank 16 in the All-India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) entrance exam for undergraduate courses, the result of which was declared on Wednesday. 
 
Lohitashva Goyal is a student of Gyan Gun Sagar International School, Rampura Phul. 
 
The son of a tea trader in Bathinda, Goyal gave credit of his achievement to his teachers and parents. He is yet to decide on specialisation after completing his MBBS. 
 
Goyal took coaching from individual teachers in Chandigarh to prepare for the entrance exam and relied on NCERT syllabus, teachers' advice and regular study throughout the year.
