HSIIDC invites bids for six hotel sites

The Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has invited online bids for six hotel sites in its different Industrial Estates and Industrial Model Townships (IMTs) in the state.

While stating this here, a spokesman for the HSIIDC said that the hotel sites included one site each of 2,997 sq metres, 4,009.5 sq metres and 15,750 sq metres, respectively in Sector 6, Sector 7 and Sector 5, IMT, Manesar, one site of 7,051.05 sq metres in Sector 38, Industrial Estate, Rai, one site of 8,221.5 sq metres in Sector 67, IMT, Faridabad and one site of 4,225 sq metres in Sector 48, Industrial Estate, Bahadurgarh.

The HSIIDC has also decided to hold e-auction of school sites at IMTs in Manesar and Bawal, and Industrial Estates in Panipat and Rohtak. The e-auction will be held on February 28. Societies, trusts and company incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act are eligible to participate in the e-auction, states a spokesman. Also, the HSIIDC has floated a scheme for allotment of 202 residential plots of different dimensions in Industrial Growth Centre, Saha, and invited online applications by March 26.

The spokesman said that online applications have been invited through website by March 26.

He said that the plots under the scheme included 76 plots of 450 square meters, 71 plots of 312.5 square meters and 55 plots of 200 square meters.

Meanwhile, the Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran has invited applications for allotment of five religious building sites in Hisar, Hansi and Fatehabad. A spokesman said the prescribed form can be obtained from the Estate Officer, Hisar. The application form can also be downloaded from the website of the pradhikaran. He said the allotment would be made on lease-hold basis for 99 years. He said that 10 per cent of the total tentative cost of site would have to be deposited as earnest money along with the application form.
