Phagwara, April 15

After the mysterious death of a newly married young woman Inderjit Kaur at her-in-laws’ house here on Saturday, the local police have registered a case on a complaint lodged by Nakodar resident Baljit Kaur, mother of the deceased, against Sahibjada Ajit Singh Nagar Phagwara residents Harjinder Singh (husband of the deceased), his father Harbhghan Singh, mother Jaswinder Kaur, sisters Avinash Kaur and Harpreet Kaur.

Baljit Kaur told the police that her daughter was married to Phagwara resident Harjinder Singh on January 17 ie three months ago and the marriage was solemnised at Suraj Palace in Nakodar.
