IISc Summer Fellowship in Science and Engineering

IISc Bengaluru and Indian Academy of Sciences are inviting SC and ST students of Science background to undertake Summer Fellowship projects with IISc faculties and get fellowships for research. The fellowship aims at promoting students from backward classes towards higher education in science.

Eligibility: SC and ST Students in 1st Year of MSc or 3rd-4th year of BE., BTech or equivalent disciplines may apply for the residential fellowship program at IISc Bengaluru.

Details: A fellowship amount of Rs 5000 and books grant worth Rs 1500. Fellows will also be provided with travelling allowance and accommodation expenses for attending program at IISc campus for one month.

DST-ICPS Junior Research Fellow, Sikkim University

Sikkim University (Central University) is providing an opportunity to students of higher education in computer science (or IT) to undertake a research project and secure fellowship benefits for a three-year programme. The fellowship provides monthly benefits and research exposure for applicants

Eligibility: Students with BTech/MTech/MSc/MCA in CSE/IT studying anywhere in India in a recognised university may apply for this scholarship programme

Sir Ratan Tata Post-doctoral Fellowship 

London School of Economics and Political Science is providing early career researchers with an opportunity to undertake six months research-based project at the LSE India Observatory. The fellowship program focuses on economy and society in India and South Asia.

Eligibility: Indian applicants with a PhD  who are early career researchers and are employed at established institutions in India or other SAARC nations may apply for this fellowship.
