Students apprised of science uses

Ludhiana, April 16

A two-day international conference on the topic of ‘Science and Technology: Trends and Challenges’ began at Gujranwala Guru Nanak Khalsa College, Ludhiana, on Monday. The conference is being organised in collaboration with Punjab Academy of Sciences Patiala on the occasion of centenary celebrations of the college. A large number of college students were present during the conference.

Dr RK Kohli, Vice-Chancellor of Central University of Punjab, Bathinda, visited as the chief guest. Dr RS Khandpur, former Director of Pushpa Gujral Science City, Kapurthala, was the guest of honour.— TNS
