AOL youths meet slum children

Dehradun, March 20

The youth brigade of the Art of Living visited slum areas at Nanda ki Chowki (Prem Nagar) and spent time with children living on International Happiness Day here today.

They spoke about human values, played games, did some yogic meditation, sang bhajans, danced and had a drawing competition followed by clothes and footwear distribution.

Kamini Barwal, a youth said, “It is our nature to spread happiness. It is a great feeling to make someone happy by our actions.”

Sudhanshu Karn, another youth said: “My joy increases after meeting these children.I feel contended.”
