Washington: A woman has sued NASA to make sure that the US space agency doesn’t take back a piece of moon gifted to her by Neil Armstrong, the first person to walk on the lunar surface. Laura Cicco from Cincinnati has filed a lawsuit, stating that the vial of moon dust she has was a gift from Armstrong, who was a friend of her father. 10-year-old bag sold for $217,144

London: A 10-year-old second-hand Hermes Birkin bag has sold for $217,144, a new European record for a handbag at an auction. The 2008 Himalaya Birkin has an 18-carat white gold diamond encrusted lock. The record for a bag sold at an auction, also a Hermes Birkin, is $380,000, set in Hong Kong in 2017. New Birkin bags can start at around $9,350 each, but they are not easy to buy, with famously long waiting lists. iaNs
